Ordering

All our biscuits are handmade to order in Henley-on-Thames by Mrs Smith and the team at the Bluebell Biscuiterie.

No two orders are ever the same which is why biscuits can't just be purchased from this website and why don't provide generic pricing quotes.  We'll create something beautiful, personal and unique just for you.

Please allow at least ten days for orders - however we always need to check the baking and icing schedule before accepting a bespoke order. For large special events such as weddings and for corporate orders please give us as much notice as possible. Please contact us online or call 07768 351893.

Prices 

Price very much depends on how large the biscuit it, how intricate the icing design is and how they are packaged.  Please contact us to discuss your own unique biscuit requirements and for a quote.

As a very broad guide: 

• Pricing starts at £3.50 per biscuit packed loose in a box.

• Bespoke design biscuits individually wrapped start at £4 for a medium sized biscuit 

• We also offer a range of mini bite biscuits - please contact us for pricing

A minimum order of 12 biscuits is required for most orders.

Payment

Payment can be made by direct bank transfer or Paypal. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery

Local delivery is available - 5 mile radius from Henley on Thames.

​

We'll discuss delivery options with you when you place an order. Our lovely biscuits can be posted but we do prefer them to be collected or delivered to guarantee  they arrive in tip top condition. We can't however post our very delicate biscuits such as those with fresh or iced flowers - we've tried but they just don't survive the journey!

We pack the biscuits very carefully in postal boxes with protective packaging, label them as fragile and send them using Royal Mail Special Delivery which takes around 1 or 2 days.  Postage and packing costs are dependent on quantity of biscuits but is £9.50 for a dozen biscuits.  We'll let you know when your bespoke biscuit order is on its way, will send you the Royal Mail tracking number and can send you a photo of your order if you wish.  We can include a gift message in your biscuit parcel too.
