Biscuit flavours & ingredients

Our biscuits don't just look amazing, they taste amazing too!  That's because we use only the best quality ingredients - including free range eggs, real butter and real Madagascan vanilla seeds for example.

All our biscuits are handmade to order in Henley-on-Thames by Mrs Smith and the talented team at Bluebell Biscuiterie.

Biscuit flavours 

We currently offer the following flavours: 

• Spiced ginger - this is our most popular flavour - and is totally yummy

• Vanilla - using Madagascan vanilla pods 

• Chocolate - only the best cocoa powder is used

• Zesty lemon - we use real lemon zest to make these Summery flavoured biscuits 

• Vegan - we use nut butters and egg free royal icing  

• We also offer seasonal flavours such as chocolate and clementine at Christmas and orange zest, strawberry and fresh mint in the Summer.

Ingredient and allergy information 

All biscuits/ biscuit orders come with full ingredient and allergy information. 

Our biscuits are made in a kitchen which also makes other yummy things that include nuts and sesame.
